ServerSafe is a backup solution designed to ensure all your data is safe, secure and available 24x7x365.
Using the ServerSafe back up device and off site data centre, you can build a robust data back-up environment that is flexible and secure. You can create, edit and delete backup jobs to ensure your plan meets your companies ever changing needs. The initial backup copies all your software, data and settings. After which, only incremental changes are taken daily which will minimise bandwidth usage. All your onsite and offsite back ups are monitored. Emails are then sent to you confirming your back up has completed successfully.
ServerSafe allows you to restore any saved file to a location of your choice. Simply access the onsite device through a web browser, select the relevant file, then copy and paste it to where it’s required. In addition you can restore a file or files to a CD, DVD or memory stick. Each daily back-up is stored sequentially allowing files to be retrieved from any selected point in time for the last twelve months.
Where you have a server failure, you can immediately restore it on the ServerSafe device temporarily. Using the built in virtualisation features, a complete server can be restored in minutes to also allow for scheduled maintenance. ServerSafe can even allow a bare metal restore directly to a replacement server making your I.T business continuity plan far simpler.
