Sol-Tec's Project Management services provide assistance to the implementation of many IT types of IT projects. From desktop roll out to office moves; Sol-Tec will provide documented advice and resource to ensure your project runs smoothly.
Once a project has been agreed, a Prince II trained consultant will work with you and your team to discuss an implementation plan. Once agreed the plan will be presented for approval so you can see exactly how your project will unfold. We will agree review points throughout the plan where you can discuss with your consultant how the project is progressing, raise any concerns or new requirements and agree adjustments accordingly.
