Sol-Tec provide a comprehensive advice service on any question you may have before placing an order. Our sales and engineering people are individually trained and accredited with all our partners meaning you will always receive impartial and beneficial advice.
Many questions can be answered straight away by your account manager. More technically challenging enquiries will be escalated to either our engineering team or the manufacturer to ensure the correct advice is provided. All answers will be discussed with you and promptly confirmed in writing. If available, we can also organise products for you to evaluate on your premises and in your own time.
