Sol-Tec’s Helpdesk Services provides local, reliable and flexible IT support without the high cost associated with providing an in-house helpdesk. Setting up new helpdesk facilities, maintaining and training a team of engineers and managers can be expensive. Outsourcing part or all of your helpdesk to Sol-Tec means you have access to a highly trained and fully accredited UK based support team available daily from 8:00am to 6:30pm. Each call logged will be actioned to a pre-agreed SLA and resolved. If required, calls can be escalated to your senior engineers or a service provider of your choice.
