Once your contract is "live", you have only one telephone number to log a call or to get an update. We can provide you with a web based portal too so you can access information 24/7. Sol-Tec will manage the SLA and ensure you get the service you are paying for. Our automated systems will confirm all actions by email removing the need for you to be constantly on the phone getting updates.
You will receive a monthly report showing all logged maintenance calls, details of the problem, actions taken and the resolution applied. Every step is time/date stamped so you have complete transparency of the service being provided.
