We are currently looking for a number of Azure support engineers to join an established team at our client site in Coventry.

Duties will include:

Infrastructure – support, maintain and troubleshoot
- DNS
- DHCP
- Networking
- Firewall
- NSG’s
- Failover Clustering
- IIS
- ADFS
Updates and resolving Server OS related issues and producing Root Cause Analysis.
Technical management of incidents change requests and monitoring system alerts.
Produce technical reference diagrams and engineering notes to support the ongoing BAU and CSI work

Knowledge and Skillset:

Minimum of 2 years hands on experience with Azure IaaS (PaaS is desirable but not mandatory)
Excellent PowerShell scripting, JSON and ARM templating, automating infrastructure deployments
A solid background in infrastructure implementation, 3rd line support, which should include virtualisation technologies, either VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience using monitoring tools such as OMS, Application Insights, Security Center, QUALYS etc
Experience working in an Agile environment
