The Project
A world leader in marine science and technology asked Sol-Tec to conduct an analysis of the servers in its two data centres and help it create a suitable Microsoft Azure migration strategy.
Using Corent Technology’s SurPaaS®, Sol-Tec ran an analysis of it’s customer’s server infrastructure. Following this indepth examination, Sol-Tec was able to supply the customer with cloud feasibility reports for each site and provide expert guidance to create a migration strategy based on both the results of the cloud assessment and the customer’s business needs.

A server assessment was completed using two Vanguard Scanners. Cloud feasibility reports were completed for each data centre, including a detailed cost breakdown for every resource residing on the customer’s infrastructure.
