At Sol-Tec we understand that transitioning to the cloud requires different services at different points in the project – it’s why we don’t believe in signing customers up for separate training, support and service agreements. Instead, we’re challenging the concept of under-utilised contracts that burn budget with ‘Velocity Support’ – a flexible points-based system that you can use as you choose.
How it works
It’s easy. Our straightforward contract gives you access to subject matter experts and resources across five core areas, ready to use as and when you need them:
A pre-agreed number of support incidents that can be raised with Sol-Tec’s support services team, including access to a Technical Account Manager for progress updates and escalation management.
Phone-based ‘how-to’ support on short-term and unplanned issues for IT Professionals and Developers
Access to in-person training on a variety of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure. As one of the UK’s first Microsoft Azure Learning-as-a-Service partners, we’re also able to provide access to a vast array of online Microsoft technical courses.
To reduce the workload on your internal IT function a number of pre-packaged services are available These are designed to provide structured solutions for common service requests.
